Jeff Moffat, Licensed Professional Engineer

National Program Manager for Custodial Health and Safety, Public Services and Procurement Canada

Jeff Moffat is the National Program Manager for Custodial Health and Safety at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), where he has led the development and supported the implementation of PSPC’s COVID-19 technical requirements for building water and HVAC systems. He is also responsible for the development, implementation and quality monitoring of PSPC’s Legionella management program. Mr. Moffat has over 15 years’ experience working in a combination of private sector consulting engineering and real property policy development for the Canadian federal government. He is a current member of the Canadian Committee on Indoor Air Quality and a past member of the federal interdepartmental working group on Legionella and the Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes Legionella task group. He holds a degree in building engineering from Concordia University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.
